Stainless Steel Shelves

The JZ-SH03 stainless steel storage shelf is a four-tier, knock-down shelving unit for commercial kitchens, cold rooms, canteens, laboratories and warehouses. The slatted tiers let air circulate and water drain freely, so the shelf works well in wet areas such as dish-washing zones, walk-in coolers and food preparation rooms where solid shelves would trap moisture.

Frame and tiers are made of 201 or 304 stainless steel (316 on request). The posts are square stainless steel tube with adjustable feet for uneven floors; each tier bolts onto the posts without welding, so the unit ships flat-packed and assembles in minutes with basic tools. Standard lengths are 1200 / 1500 / 1800 mm with depths of 400 / 500 / 600 mm and an overall height of about 1550 mm; the number of tiers (3-5), tier spacing and plate thickness (0.6-1.0 mm) can be customized. Typical static load is 100-150 kg per tier depending on material and thickness.

Flat-pack packing keeps freight cost low: a 40HQ container typically carries several hundred units, and shelves can be mixed with work tables, sinks and exhaust hoods in one container. OEM branding, custom sizes and mixed-container orders are available for wholesalers, distributors and project contractors.
